- Contract & specifications assembled
- Lot surveyed and staked
- Permits ordered (Driveway, Drain field & Building)
- Work Begins - Excanavation of Basement
- Foundation in
- Construction materials delivered
- Framing begins
- Choose all exterior colors
- (Roof, Siding, Windows & Trim)
- Finalize kitchen & bath layouts
- Choose fireplace and appliances
PHASE II
- Framing completed including deck
- Electrical walk-thru
- Mechanical contractors do rough-in
- (Heating, Plumbing & Electrical)
- Exterior is completed
- (Roof, Siding, Windows & Doors)
- Drywall is hung and finished
- Choose floor coverings
- Choose interior paint and trim colors
- Choose electrical fixtures
PHASE III
- Home interior trimmed
- Doors are installed
- Kitchen & bath cabinetry installed
- Interior stained & painted
- Ceramic tile / vinyl flooring installed
- Mechanical is completed
- (Heating, Plumbing & Electrical)
- Drive and sidewalk concrete poured
PHASE IV
- Lighting installed
- Carpeting installed
- Clean up and preparation work is completed
- Pre-closing inspection completed by buyer & builder
- MOVE IN!!!
